Akshaya’s father Mr. Mahesh Deodhar is married to Archana Deodhar since 8th November 1987. Mr. Mahesh is a B.Com graduate and has worked in Central Railways and now currently working as Chief Office Superintendent at Indian Railways.

Akshaya’s sister Anuja Deodhar (Anuja Sagar Kulkarni) has also completed her schooling at the same school Ahilyadevi High School where Akshaya also went to study.
